Projet Safir – Cooking event for refugees

Organisation and setting up of a cooking workshop / shared meal on Wednesday 26th August at Coco Velten in Marseille. We did the shopping the day before and the same day. The afternoon of the 26th was dedicated to the creation of the dishes in the kitchen (bricks, felfla, hummus, aubergine caviar, mini-croque monsieur, tomato/mozza, coriander shrimps, fruit salad, mbesses etc…) The idea was to create a multicultural menu, to combine the flavours of the world and to take our participants on a gastronomic journey. We started serving from 7pm until 9pm.
